Positive: Good location, clean, well equipped kitchen.

Negative: No WiFi at all during the stay and the network reception in the apartment is quite bad. They claimed there was a "problem all over the city" which was blatantly untrue. Don't really like being lied to. The check in process was a mess and there was no one to help us. We had to wait over an hour with small children with no one to help us and no one picking up the phone even if we arrived at the time we did say weeks before and it was a time where there's meant to be people there to help.

Positive: Wonderful, modern, spacious, comfortable and clean place in a historical building. Full kitchen, nice and clean shower. Friendly and timely communication with property management. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night but Cuenca is definitely worth visiting! If we come back to Cuenca (which is likely...) it would be our first choice to stay. If you go by car, approach the free parking area behind Arco de Bezudo from the free parking side which is a little detour. The apartment is then right on the other side of the arch with exclusive resident parking. If you come via N400 some navigation systems try to guide you the shortest way through Cuenca downtown with its ZBE limitations...

Positive: Good location close to old town attractions. There is a small free public parking infront of the lodge and also a large public parking within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is modern and clean and is well equipped with cooking and dining tools.

Negative: The awner could not speak English. Contactless check in system was efficient, but one problem was that he sent me the check in information using WhatsApp that I don't use. So I had to call him when I check-in. Thught there were some difficulties in communication, he was kind and helpful.
